Took an Item in for repair as it quit working after 2 uses. After discussing with their return and repair department they said no problem gave me an RGP number and said they would call me with a quote once they figured out what was wrong. I then received a phone call from our dealer not them with a repair price that was clearly being marked up for very little work needed. In fact drill needed re torqued only. Now they want us to pay the marked up repair from the dealer. All after telling me that this would not be an issue to bring it to them. I don't have a problem with a dealer making money when they do something. But I called and set up the repair, I drove it an hour away to drop it off for repair the dealer is not doing anything at this point. I will pick it up when its repaired.
Waiting on a call back from Diamond.

One of the biggest and best in the business. You can't match their shear amount of incredibly useful products, or the fact that they cut through concrete and asphalt like a hot knife through butter. Anybody who says otherwise is unenlightened to the art of kicking-asphalt and cutting concrete.
