I needed a place to park my car monthly and this was the only spot in town. The service was never fast. I would call about a half hour before I needed my car and somehow it would never be ready when I got there. Either the driver would fall asleep, forget that I called, or wouldn't be able to find my keys. The lot is clean but it always took alot of time for the price.

I booked a spot here last weekend through the app Park Whiz. My time to enter the garage was around midnight, since I didn’t want to drive around so late looking for on street parking I might not find. I arrive at the garage, and the door is closed, so I call the number on the door (it matched the number on Google—checked before I called). An attendant answers and basically tells me to leave because they’re full. I tried to explain I booked online earlier in the day via the app. The man on the phone was very dismissive and told me I had to leave. I called Park Whiz the next morning and received my refund. It was just a very frustrating experience to be turned away from the garage so late after I thought I did the responsible thing by making a reservation so early in the day.

Don't book online--reserved a space and then the garage was full. (Although the guy ended up squeezing me in, which was a relief.) Guess you just have to call.
