Hands down the best PCP I have ever had. The care I get at this office should be the gold standard for how all offices are run! Dr. Klump and her entire staff have provided me with the best service in the 2 years I have been a patient. Dr. Klump listens to concerns or issues I have and helps me make a plan to address the issues. She provides me with referrals to specialists as needed. She takes time to answers questions I have and I never have an issue getting in to see her when I need to. Scheduling appointments is easy, someone always helps me when I call, and they never make me wait past my appointment time when I go in. I feel very fortunate to have found this office and this doctor and hope to be a patient here for many years to come!

Dr Klump has the best bedside manner. Not sure why it’s called that ?‍♀️.
Dr Klump always takes however long you need to get all your answers met. She makes sure if she can’t get to the root of your problems she will find the solution with the help of other specialists. Dr Klump has a well established staff that keeps her office running smoothly. If you are looking for a New or Good PCP look No further Dr Shannon Klump and her Colleagues are the Best. I will recommend for sure and they get a 5 Star Rating Plus from me and my Family ?

I was just trying to call Dr Klump to set up appointments for both myself and my husband but I believe it’s the lunch hour BUT this came up and I do want to say: She is a gem of a Dr. and I feel Blessed that we have found one that we BOTH are going to stick with, They are hard to find these days but I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Great Dr.!!

Have followed Dr Klump to three different locations, that’s how much I like her!!! She is a wonderful Dr. full of attentive care and kindness. She has a great staff and that is truly a reflection of her and her professional demeanor!
She listens well, asks questions, answers questions, shows concern and really makes you feel cared for and heard. Her warm personality and smile helps make you feel comfortable and heard. I would highly recommend Dr Klump she is just the best!!!

Dr Klump is very good BUT THE PROBLEM IS this office ! always overbooked resulting in prolonged unnecessary waits.When at the other location and with Hill Country,that office ran smoothly and very rarely was anyone kept waiting. On more than 1 occasion ,i politely informed the receptionist THAT I cannot sit here,was already waiting more than half an hour and had to move on due to other responsibilities-SO TO Dr KLUMP--5 stars and to this office ? zero. I finally left her practice due to the mismanagement,NOT HER.

Dr. Klump's office and staff in Comfort are great! There is very little wait times if any at all and she doesn't rush patients out of the office, she is very attentive.

After waiting since AUGUST 2019 and a few days before our appointment time, her office tells that she is not accepting our son who has Medicare+Medicaid. The story is that she accepted Medicaid then, but not now. Well ok, but why in the world they waited two months to tell us this forcing us now to look somewhere else. Not acceptable playing with patients (specially new patients) emotions - very cold, disrespectful and irresponsible.
