Great experience with this practice. The staff are all very nice and helpful. Dr. Honeycutt’s medical assistant is incredibly nice and has a great ‘bedside’ manner. Dr. Honeycutt was very thorough during her exam and did a great job removing a mole from my face. I have almost no scar! I will definitely be returning and have recommended her to several people. Great to see one of the few remaining independent dermatologists practicing in Cedar Park!

The worst communication I have experienced from a doctor's office. The pharmacist and I both called multiple times on a prescription question without a reply, explanation from the doctor and assistant on the prescriptions was not clear - even after I asked for clarification, there was no mention of the prescription cost (over $1,000), and any person I spoke with would cut off the end of my sentence, clearly not present with the conversation and moving onto the next thing in their mind. My experience with most doctors and staff, however busy, is there is at least some sense of listening and quality customer service. I'm sorry to say, I experience neither from Dr. Honeycutt's office and will not be returning.
