My experience at Tampa Family health on North Nebraska avenue was a pleasant one , The wait wasn't long at all, the front desk was very courteous in assisting me because I didn't have insurance, she told me about the sliding scale. Overall they are very helpful and My Doctor Ms Magalori is awesome she's always very concerned about my health and me following up on the things I need to do to keep me healthy I really love her. Tampa Family Health you have an awesome staff. I also love the convenience of the pharmacy and the easy process to pick up my prescriptions. Thank you and God bless you for your time your patience and your commitment to the community we need to have a family health centers!

My experience at Tampa Family Health Center was very breezy. Staffing was very nice, and professional. They smiled when introducing their selves tome, they was very friendly and knowledgeable of their workloads. The doctor sat down and got a chance to know me as their new patient, which is a triple plus for me. I have no complaints thus far. I really appreciate their services….

This place is unprofessional and unbelievable. Called 8 times to ask one simple question about a bill for a visit I had 3 months ago. I paid my bill with them day of and now they're saying I owe more money. Everyone I ended up speaking with didn't have any information but kept repeating back to me that I owed them a balance. I was never informed in the last 3 months of this. It was never in my charts until I refilled my prescription as of yesterday. I told them this and they called me a liar. This place needs to be re-staffed severely. The amount of negative feedback on guest service is astounding.

I love this clinic!! It has Such nice and respectable staff they over charged me today but best believe I can’t really complain I got The building is so nicely kept it’s not a major issue with the wait time it’s usual for all doctors offices but I really like this clinic I would say it’s my to go to!! I would definitely recommend it

One of my favorite aspect is the that even though you don’t have any insurance you can still get help ! I’m talking GOOD HELP from great people in their profession , it’s a blessing. This specific location is my favorite , I went in for dental today

Gracias por esta oportunidad, fui a una cita el Viernes 20 de Diciembre/24, me atendió muy bien la señorita que toma la presión, la Dra Tara, también aunque fue demasiado rápido, solo fui por el examen anual y la vacuna del Flu. Le pedí por favor los referidos y me dijo todo está en línea, puede ir a cualquier Tampa Family, hoy 23 de Diciembre/24, he ido a cuatro sitios dónde me han ido enviando, al fin llegué a un hospital de Tampa General, me tomaron los datos y cuando pasé me pidieron el referido entonces como no me lo quisieron dar el Viernes, llamé y llamé para que me lo enviaran al fax 8136606672, llevo casi dos horas esperando y nada que lo envían. Por favor tengan un poco de caridad, nos mandan de un lado a otro y nadie resuelve nada, soy una persona adulta es la 1:40 de la tarde no he comido nada y aún estoy esperando tomarme esos laboratorios. Muchas gracias.

I recently visited TFHC to address two health concerns for my mom, but our experience was deeply disappointing.

Firstly, the doctor we consulted seemed unsure about what she was diagnosing or prescribing. She gave the impression of being in a hurry and eager to leave, which made us feel rushed and undervalued as patients. Unfortunately, she left the room without addressing the second concern we came for. When we called her back, she conducted the examination with the door open, compromising our privacy.

To make matters worse, I later received a call from our pharmacy, alerting me that the medication prescribed was potentially harmful to my mom’s condition. If she had taken it, it could have resulted in her being hospitalized. The pharmacy had to reach out to the doctor or the on-call physician for clarification, which added to our frustration and anxiety.

This experience raised serious concerns about the professionalism, thoroughness, and patient safety practices at this medical centre. I hope the management takes steps to ensure better patient care and accountability in the future.

My visit was on the 6th of November. The only criticism that I have is the waiting area doesn't have enough seats for the amount of people that they schedule. Checking in takes to long they need one side for foreign languages and the other for those who speak English. Other than that I love this location.
