I couldn't be more pleased with my choice to use Oakley Photography for my maternity pics! I chose Melissa because I browsed a few photographer's websites and I loved the way she captured the beauty of nature in her photos. I really liked her artistic eye, and wanted my pics to turn out like what I saw on the website. I was not disappointed!! Melissa was great to work with - very responsive, professional, and accommodating. I felt well taken care of and that she was looking out for my best interest and what I wanted to get out of the shoot. The photos turned out incredibly. The hardest part was trying to select which keep! I ended up purchasing additional prints because there were so many I loved. The friends and family I have shared the pictures with have been raving about how amazing they are. I'm thrilled with the whole experience and highly recommend Oakley Photography.

Oakley Photography (Melissa) is amazing! I came across her instagram page when searching for photographers in the Charleston area and I fell in LOVE with her work! Y’all will not be disappointed if you book with her! She was so kind and easy to work with. I have 4 kids (3 fairly young) and she miraculously managed to get them to participate! The pictures I’ve shared with friends have stated that my pictures belong in a magazine and several have asked who my photographer is! She’s amazing! Book the session- you won’t be disappointed!

Melissa was such a joy to work with! Our family visited Kiawah for vacation from Ohio, and she was patient with lots of questions while trying to plan our session out of town. My husband and I had been wanting some photos of our family for awhile. As we started searching for a photographer, we came across Oakley Photography. We were both immediately drawn to her photos. She not only has a gift of capturing each person, but also the background scenery. Her photos are so natural and candid. Our children are 2, 3 and 7 which made us hesitant to have photos taken, but Melissa handled it so well and is very patient! We could not have asked for a better photographer and our pictures are absolutely stunning!!!

Melissa is absolutely amazing. I reached out to her to take my daughter’s senior pictures, over a year ago. We planned our entire summer vacation around meeting up with her. We were coming from out of town and she was so accommodating.She helped us choose a hotel so we would be close to a great location for pictures. She answered emails and text all within a timely manner. On picture day it pored down raining right at the beginning of the shoot. She stayed so positive and I couldn’t have imagined anything more perfect. Thank you so much Melissa. You have a future customer for sure and I can’t wait!
