I've been a patient at this clinic for over 5+ years and I've never experienced the care or treatment that I have since Dr. Huang Lee took over as my Primary Physician. He asks questions and actually listens to your concerns. He is very informative with information and really helpful with treatment options that are best for you. I can tell that patient care and the care of the patient comes first with him. I never wait longer than 5 minutes for my scheduled appointments and less than 5 minutes in the room before I am seen. Everything has improved for the better at this location and I am glad he is my doctor.

This place have to close and hired all new people and make new again. Dr. Canceled 2 by phone appointment. You walk in , no one is there and they send you to other clinics. There is a guy in front of desk call Jaime. Very rude, I was sick and I walk in. And he ask me what was the issue. After I told him . He decide that I have to go to urgent care and give me a list . And wen I went to one of them there was no urgent care in that place. But what is bad! Is that he did not consult with anyone. He said they did not have any appointment available and the clinic was empty. And for the most part he was very rude. They can put , people like that dealing with sick people.

It is impossible to get anyone on the phone to make an appointment. I’ve waited 2 hours and 20 minutes once while I was confined to my bed waiting to get approval for back surgery. Today I attempted to call to make an appointment to see my pcp and I was left on hold for 38 minutes. I gave up and hung up. I hate this place!!!

terrible place! I called them several times to make an appointment with the doctor. The first time they dropped my call even though I waited on the line for more than 10 minutes. the second time they simply didn’t want to sign me up and said that they don’t accept new patients. but my insurance choose this place like my clinic. after calling this place I was disappointed. i will call to insurance. don't go to this place!

The lady at the front desk is always in a bad mood and very rude. Is like she hates that job. I hope they find people who likes to do this job because is difficult to deal with people like that. Especially if you’re not feeling well.

I've been coming here for many yrs. I really like this office, haven't had any problems with any of the stuff everyone for the most part is very professional.
I called today to make an appointment and only waited 30mins for someone to answer the phone.
However, I did find out today my doctor I've been seeing for over 8yrs is longer with them.
Dr, Rutherford, you will be missed, you are a outstanding Dr, i'am heartbroken you are no longer with this clinic. ?

Depends on which doctor you get, usually I get the help I need, with these doctors I've seen for years.
But at my last visit, the new doctor I was assigned, was very biased in his assessment.
Gave me #'s where to get further assistance, which is weird because that's why I went to them
Best advice I can give is to figure out which doctor will help you

I've been at this doctor's office for about 6 years. Be prepared to wait on the phone for at least 30 mins for an appt. And that is to get the call center, you cannot reach the office directly. Having said that, only ask for Dr Rutherford to be your doctor. He is kind professional, throrough and caring. All the nurses are quite nice, but the other doctors look at you like you're stupid.
