The worst experience of my life no professionalism whatsoever so ever! the Indian lady at the second adult floor desk at 10:46 am on Nov 11 was very unprofessional and lied to my face about my appointment and when I called her out on it she simply laughed at me and took no regards about my health conditions! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE

One of the worst dental experiences. No bedside manner, from the techs to the actual dentist. Came all the way here with a bad knee injury to establish care, they refused to take X-rays with my ear / nose piercings in, and refused to provide a cleaning without X-rays - I just had panoramic X-rays 3 weeks ago at another dentist and this was not an issue. I can’t take out the jewelry and never have in the 10+ years I’ve had it. They refused to accept X-rays from another dentist that were taken less than a month ago. They refused to provide me any dental care at all if I didn’t get X-rays. They also won’t let you see the dentist and your PCP on the same day. Seems like an insurance scam to me. They were incredibly rude and condescending on top of it.

Go somewhere else where they treat you like a human being with a right to bodily autonomy and a right to receive medical care and not merely an opportunity to bill insurance. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone I like or care about.

If I could give a zero I would. The worst facility I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone here since a child and once responsible for my own medical I’ve never returned. From then to now I can say the service has never improved as I was forced to book an appointment due to my new MD being unavailable and desperately needing to be seen. My appointment was canceled an hour prior because the dr “has been sick” . They had all week to inform me of this, if they had I would’ve continued to search for any practice that could see me asap.

Staff are unprofessional, administrators are no help when it comes to complaints. To be such a small facility they are never available to answer the phone, when they decide to answer reception will automatically transfer or place you on hold with no reason but them being lazy or unhappy with there jobs so they make all client engagement experiences miserable.

Honestly I would recommend anyone to find a different clinic don’t come here. I do appreciate Dr. Aderine and her MA that has helped me but the front desk woman not a big fan of them. I recently gotten married and I asked for my last name to be changed. I had my NY State ID with my new last name and everything. Dr Aderine told me aslong as I have ID they should be able to do it with no problem. Unfortunately there was a problem and I honestly was so fed up with the Indian lady that sits in front desk I did not have energy to go back and forth with her I just walked away. I needed my last name changed because I was starting a new job and I received no help from the front desk and it was annoying . I will never be coming back to this office again. Please find yourself a different doctors office

The absolute WORST dental experience I have had in my life. I was treated by two different dentists and one had absolutely no “chair-side manner” or service orientation. Digging in your mouth without telling you what they are doing and using their dental tools inappropriately. There was an utter lack of respect or care from the dentists and a touch of slick retaliation. .

The dental hygienist and others were fine but the experience I had with the dentists that treated me locked in the idea that me and my family will never go to the Bedford Stuyvesant Family Health Center again. And I will make sure every person I know is aware of my experience with the Bedford Stuyvesant Family Health Center over multiple visits.

Real talk: we read the reviews before we went there and because some of them were dated we thought things may have improved. I assure you they have not. Believe the reviews.

My PCP is AMAZING but most of the staff are rude and unprofessional. VERY long wait times. One nurse even tried to have me pour my own pee in the tubes and another tried to draw blood with no gloves on. I of course spoke up about that! I only tolerate this place because of my current insurance, my awesome PCP, and it's proximity to my home.

yes they’re busy on the phone occasionally but the doctors are always there to listen and not just try to force you out quickly. i hate not being heard by a doctor and they make you feel welcomed as a patient- by everyone too, ogbyn, dental, mental health etc
