Her smile will lighten the darkness. Her expertise and chemo cocktails cured my cancer.. She's a VERY busy dr., often runs behind and overbooks bc her waiting room is always full. I once complained about the wait and she said she will not stop until every patient has been seen or given the care they deserve. If she was a bad dr., she would not be so busy. There are too many sick, elderly people and not enough doctors. Is she the best physician? IDK. She is a warm, caring, professional provider who cured me and apparently many others. I would've given her practice 5 stars if I didn't always have to wait so long.

I don’t usually take time out to give negative reviews BUT this situation requires it. I am disappointed in the care that someone I referred to Dr. Thomas Katta, MD office has gotten. The care given was not individualized, very mediocre, and questionable. The staff behave as if they are not properly trained to do their job. Proceed here with caution, if you must. Won’t recommend them again.

Dr. Katta is an outstanding physician and an extraordinary human being. While direct and honest, she is equally kind, respectful of her patient’s beliefs and preferences, and extremely empathic and loving. She is very intuitive and aware of the patient she is working with. For example, she is aware I am anxious, and will reveal as much information as I can process in a visit. Her solidarity and that of her staff is impressive, as they knew I got ill and diagnosed while visiting Florida and were able to secure a fair and reasonable price for some of the medications that my family and I are paying out of pocket. I am blessed and grateful to have encountered such a beautiful doctor to help me heal.

Horrible Experience! DO NOT go to this doctor! I have been trying to schedule with this doctor for a month now. My surgeon referred me to Dr. Katta for Medical Oncology. My medical records have been going there for a month now and the office never thought to reach out to me as a new patient and see why they were getting the information. After waiting for them to reach out to me for 3 weeks, I finally made the initiative and contacted them. A couple days later I received a phone call from Eileen who said that they don’t take my insurance. She continued to mistakenly say that I had Meridian insurance. I explained to her that I have Meritain, which is under the Aetna network, but she refused to listen. She just cut me off and said that they do not take it. I relayed this information (not to mention the terrible attitude) to my radiation oncologist, who in turn called Dr. Katta personally. I was told that they do in fact take my insurance and I decided to go ahead and schedule, despite my experience because the doctor reached out to her personally. Now, another week later, I received another call from Eileen saying they haven’t received a referral from my Primary. My Primary? The referral came from the surgeon I say to her. Oh it has to be from the primary she says. Again – this is not correct and she refuses to listen and is argumentative with me the patient! I finally said forget it, I’ll go somewhere else. I mean this is ridiculous. I should not have had to chase them to schedule, nor should it be up to me to have knowledge about how your office runs its business. When you are sick, the last thing you want to do is deal with this a terrible office staff. The doctor may be great – I tried to give her a chance, but the stress is not worth it. 0 Stars for the office anyways. Never got to the doctor.

Dr. Sarah Katta is a kind and caring physician. Her office is busy because she is an excellent physician. All the medical offices seem more crowded at this time due to required spacing of patients for safety during the pandemic.

The entire group of physicians at this practice are very dedicated and highly skilled. I am in their office to discuss patient care fairly regularly, and they are always attentive to their patient's needs. My patients have been very satisfied with Dr. Sarah Katta and we currently have many patients in common.

Save yourself a lot of time and disrespect and find a different doctor. The parking is atrocious, the office is packed and miserable. Then after you wait in the miserable waiting room, you get to deal with the most unprofessional and callus doctor I’ve ever encountered. She lacks knowledge, warmth and bedside manner. I have since found a wonderful office thank God

Let me tell you about my experience with this Dr. I was referred to her by my primary and from the momemt I walked into the office I had a horrible impression because it was packed with angry patients who were all scheduled to come in for 11 am appointments (including myself). I waited 2 hrs to see Dr Katta and when I finally did see her she talked to me for under 5 minutes, steered me into a room to get my blood drawn, grabbed her purse and left. I got my blood drawn, told the lady at the front office to have my results forwarded to my Dr and left. A month later I went to my primary and asked her about the results. She said that they were not sent over because Dr. Katta said that I did not go to my appointment. I find that interesting since my insurance was billed $404 for a visit that I did not attend according to Dr. Katta. She needs a new profession. I don't think she is a "specialist" for the right reasons. Now I'm going to have to go through hell resolving this issue and I don't trust my primary anymore for referring me to such an incompetent specialist.

The staff is very nice, however the parking is HORRIBLE!

Because this facility is mainly to treat cancer patients and there are a lot of people that visit the facility there should be parking for such volume. I dread taking my grandmother for her visits because I have to drop her on the side of the road and spend approximately ten minutes to find parking and walk back! This particular visit, thank god it was not raining, I dropped my granny off on the side of the road and my son and I walked the equivalent of two blocks back to the office to find now two parking spots available (there's a total of maybe ten spaces for this facility and you cannot utilize the other offices ir you get towed- with a total of about 20 patients not to count the ones currently getting chemotherapy) 🙁 if the parking WAS not an issue I would've gave them the max rating.
