We are incredibly happy with our newborn photos and photo experience by Baby Bloom, taken at Wesley Birth Care Center in Wichita, KS! They are absolutely beautiful, quality photos. We settled on the digital download package, which is a great option for sharing photos online and purchasing our own prints.

I am just sending this as a review of the hospital session I had a little over a week ago in Salina. I understand that it is not a requirement to have purchased the photos but being our child's first pictures we did despite the disappointment. This was our second baby and we had purchased the hospital photos from our first child as well. In comparison our second experience with baby bloom was extremely disappointing. Each pose is the exact same except she put on a different hat and blanket. Then when we did the pictures with the parents, she did not use a back drop at all so the background of the photos is the ugly hospital chair and the hospital room. She had us hold the baby in such awkward positions that did not produce good pictures at all. Also we wanted a picture of our hands with his feet. She took ONLY ONE picture and it didnt even turn out well. It looks ridiculous. And when we suggested other poses or commented on the awkwardness of the ones she was asking us to do, we were ignored. It felt as if the photographer was just trying to hurry up and get it over with instead of attempting to get quality photos. I was so looking forward to these photos especially from having a much better experience in the past but now I am just extremely disappointed that we wasted our money purchasing them. They do not look professional at all. They look like something anyone could have done at home. I will not be recommending your services anymore to anyone. I apologize for the complaint and coming across so ungrateful but as I said I am extremely disappointed.

Beautiful photos but who can afford them?! Geeze they are so expensive. Wanted them so bad that I cried when I discovered they were out of price range. I never got a special offer or got to talk about payment plans so now I'm stuck wishing I had never seen these photos. So hard to not get them. ?

My pictures were kind of out of focus and then when I have received in mail what I ordered I don't know how they were printing their images but my print did not touch borders of the paper and there was grey streaks over the picture. Smh

First and last time using this service not only got charged for my baby pictures that i never received ,i called them many time and they never pick up ,later on I receive this voice mail telling me my pictures were deliver to my address and I wasn’t there that I have to call them to solve it so I did and ones again they never answer my calls.
