Photo shoot for newborn baby and was impressed how comfortable the staff made us feel from the minute we walked through the door. Emily did a great job taking the photos but also made us feel relaxed in front of the camera with great people skills and a calming nature with our baby. We visited again in between Christmas and new year and was blown away at the quality of the photos and Chris made it a fantastic experience choosing them.
Would recommend Bartley’s and we will definitely be using them again.

We had an excellent experience at Bartley studios. Emily, our photographer, was brilliant. She made sure we had all of the shots we wanted and also suggested some we hadn’t thought of. She dealt with the demands of a newborn and a grumpy 3 month old without a problem. The session felt relaxed and ran very smoothly. We were so pleased with the photos at the preview and thought the session to view them was also very relaxed and informative. We didn’t feel pressured at all to make any decisions but also were so pleased with the photos that we were happy to buy several prints. Overall faultless service and we would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

We had such a wonderful experience with Katie, she was brilliant with our toddler and kept him entertained whilst capturing beautiful family photos, we couldn't have asked for a better morning. Jake was just fantastic with his knowledge and expertise within our viewing, talked us through everything, and went with our ideas whilst giving us options and advice on what to purchase. Our digital images are just perfect. we can't wait to see our framed prints. Overall, a brilliant experience from start to finish.

Dione was absolutely amazing with our baby, she was so patient and calm which put us all at ease. She was fantastic with setting up the perfect scenes for the baby and gave us lots of time to change/feed her without us feeling rushed! The photos were incredible and truly exceeded our expectations.

We received a voucher for a newborn shoot when purchasing our pram and are so glad we did. Katie was amazing at our baby photoshoot. She was so patient and gentle with our newborn, making them feel completely at ease. She also put myself and my partner at ease and encouraged us to get on some photos. Viewing the photos with Emily was also a lovely experience. She helped us to choose the perfect photos and frame style to compliment our house.
