I love Carl Sellar, PA. I originally started off w/Dr. Cowan, but have continued to see Carl for the last 7 years due to schedule conflict. He is very knowledgeable and soothing! I wish they upgrade to the current century and the nursebe a bit more cordial, but other then this, he's a keeper!!

I've been in the medical field for 44 years, and a patient at this practice for 13 years. I find this office from front desk, doctors and PA's to be outstanding. I refer many patients to this practice and they too always, thank me for referring. Detailed care.
When I read the review, ( BRANDON) wrote I laughed!!! It would be medical negligence not to inquire. Let's let your private hang ups at home! Thank you.

I am going to start off by saying that the doctors here are excellent. My wife and I see Dr Stapelton and she is amazing and very respectful... now to the bad... the office staff and SOME of the nurses are in serious need of lessons in customer service. I was referred by Dr Stapelton to a specialist which required a script and visit notes to be sent to said specialist before an appointment could be scheduled. This took place on 2/16. Keep in mind it is now 3/3 and the specialist does NOT have the necessary documents. The staff for the specialist AND I reached out to the office staff multiple times and left a total of 5 voicemails. When I called today (rightfully upset that it for some reason takes 2+ weeks to send records down the street), I finally spoke to Dr Stapelton's nurse who simply stated..."I didn't get any messages."...Really?!...Really. No apologies. No reassurance. No offer to make it better. Just automatically on the defensive. And to top it off she immediately transfers me to the back office supervisor(without telling me why she was transferring me). When I asked why I was transferred, the office supervisor said that the Nurse stated that I "didn't want to speak to her anymore." Funny because I don't remember saying that or asking to be transferred but...ok. So I re-state my issue and the office supervisor says to me, "well if she says she didn't get your messages, then she didnt get your messages and I have to respect that" ...really?!... even though she just lied about why I was transferred. Lots of credibility there (sarcasm). At this point I was furious and I told her that her customer service is not that great and she proceeded to say "Well, I think its just fine"...Right. Um no. I was never given apology. I was never assured that the records would be there. Just straight attitude from both women. I'm sorry about the length of this review but people need to know what they are getting into with this office. I used to think it was great that I never had to wait when I came here... now I know why. This practice has just lost 2 more patients(me and my wife).

Best group of Doctors and PA's you could ever ask for. I have been with this group since 2004. Very detailed in their patients issues and don't stop until they can find the solution. Even if that means referring you elsewhere. Never a bad visit.

I saw Paul, a PA, for a general wellness checkup. As usually the case, he asked lots of questions about lifestyle, etc., but not once about immunizations or STDs. After finding out that I am gay, he immediately asked how long it had been since I had had an HIV test. I was completely caught off guard. So I just answered the question. From there, he went back to the original string of questions. If you are LGBT, do not go to this discriminatory office.

Dr Cowen was my doctor for about 5 years. He did my hip replacement when he was with Orthopedic Associates. When I found out he had left and went to Orlando, I was very disappointed. I think he is the best doctor ever.
