Called just a minute ago and the front desk rep was very rude. My daughter has uhc ppo as her primary insurance and simply as secondary. That's only used of her primary doesn't pay. She refused that book an appointment because simply requires a referral which I have it is just not to their location specific since I had to call around and find one that take her ppo plan. I'm glad she showed her true colors before I got into being a new p.t. if you don't have a passion for helping others or at least be professional and not give a give an aggregated tone.

My allergies have been horrific lately and I needed help. The ladies in this office were awesome. Wendy the receptionist has a great personality and marisol the tech was great at what she does and is so sweet, I felt so comfortable. Dr. Schwartz is definitely a solid dr and I’ve already told coworkers about the great care I got. I’m really glad I came here for my allergy and asthma problems and thank you for helping me!

I went to this location for allergy shots after moving here from Illinois due to the UCF Health Center being closed as a result of COVID. Since the vials I had were from an allergist in Illinois, I was told that this practice could not make new vials for me, which was totally fine as Dr. Schwarz had informed me that my Illinois allergist would be able to make the vials and send them at my request. One of my vials was set to expire a few days after I would be getting the first shot from this practice, and Dr. Schwartz told me something along the lines of "don't worry about the expiration date," so I didn't. Flash forward to today, and I am told that I cannot receive shots from that vial because it was expired. Dr. Schwartz knowingly lied to me about the potency of an expired shot, and I cannot get a new vial from my allergist in Illinois without them administering the first shot, and now they refuse to give me back the good vials so I can have another location administer them. I have been getting these shots for over a year and it is all about to go to waste due to the incompetence and misinformation of Dr. Schwartz and this practice.

Dr Schwartz couldn’t be any friendlier or more helpful. The entire staff has always provided me with great care and customer service.

I just waited on the phone for 15 minutes to be told that they don't test their patients for toxic black mold allergies or exposure. A quarter of the population is allergic to mold and have varying degrees of health issues from it. Very disappointing.
