I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Cypress Heart & Cardiovascular has been nothing short of a nightmare. While the medical care was less than satisfactory—no diagnosis or useful information provided—the real ordeal came with their billing process.

From the start, it was a struggle to navigate their invoicing system. I received an invoice with an incorrect billing phone number. When I tried to resolve this, I found that the phone number on their voice message needed to be corrected. This led to numerous frustrating phone calls and hours spent just trying to pay the bill.

I thought the worst was behind me until I received a notice from a collection agency more than two months after my payment had been cleared from my account. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with the office, their incorrect billing numbers and unresponsive staff made it nearly impossible to get any help.

In the end, I had to spend an additional hour proving to the collection agency that the bill had indeed been paid. This entire experience has been exhausting and infuriating. I strongly advise avoiding this practice to save time and energy.

Best cardiologist that I’ve met. He took care of me years ago and I was fine. Then I didn’t see him for a while because my insurance changed and he was out of network but I am going back to see him even if he is out of network, he is that good.

Gotta thank Dr Alameddine, particularly several of his staff for saving my life and finding an aneurysm the size of a bb on my arota. Trust me there are no symptoms and the size of this could have ruptured easily especially with the type of exercise I was doing. A nurse practitioner whose name escapes me that recommended the test and a gentlemen named Adam found this killer! I've been a patient for two years and always liked Dr Alameddine's charismatic personality, but bottom line, he and his staff know what they are doing. Now to try and get another appointment, lol.

If I knew I had owed money prior to my appointment I would have been prepared but instead the office staff threw it at me rhe day of My appointment. I'm glad all the money that rhey received from my insurance company was worth my health risk for not seeing me for a bill I they should have mentioned prior to my appointment. Your health isn't worth $200 here! Thanks for nothing!

I had the blessing of meeting Dr. Alameddine eight months ago. He is the most outstanding, knowledgeable, professional, informative, kind and caring doctor I have had in my MANY years of life!! He Always sits with my daughter and myself, NEVER in a hurry and explains every aspect of my heart problem and the procedures to correct it, in detail, that we can understand and very patiently, answers all of our questions. He is one of the most kindest and caring individuals my daughter and I have ever had the pleasure of knowing!! His staff also deserves FIVE stars!! Thank you Dr. Alameddine!!!!!

Dr Alameddine treated my mom with the utmost compassion, kindness, and care. She adored him and he never rushed with her. He always took the time to make sure she understood what he was saying. I am forever grateful to him for making her feel like she mattered to him. His staff couldn’t have been nicer.

I was very happy with the medical care I received at this office however the office staff and billing, now that's a different story. I went in for an ultrasound and when I checked in I was told that my part of the charge would be $440.00 which I paid in full at the time of service. Here we are a month later and I'm getting a bill in the mail for almost $600.00. All I get is the run around from the people at the office about why I wasn't given the correct amount at the time of my appointment. I've never had this happen at any of the specialist's offices I've gone to. I am a teacher I don't make a ton of money, and I don't have the greatest insurance. I have a high deductible and the coverage isn't that great so it's important for me to know up front how much I have to pay. I don't appreciate getting surprise bills in the mail.
