THE GIRL AND BOY ARE SO RUDE! They where talking laughing and playing around with other customers while they have others waiting in a long line then couldn’t properly assist me gave me expired item then got mad at me because I said can you please speed it up a little bit mind you the boy seem clueless like he didn’t know what to do at all kept asking the girl who was very extremely rude I think she said her name is NALA and the boy Nole I guess they are related or something he was at the register on his phone not trying to help me at all being lazy and the short hair lady was even more rude when and I think she was the manager. When I first walked in she looked like she was stocking or fixing stuff and I asked her where the soap was and she acted like she didn’t know then said behind the register witch it was right where she was at smh. I didn’t see it at first. So that’s when I asked the young man on his phone. Bottom line is I’ll never go back to this location plus their refrigerators STAY BROKEN!!! I’ve never seen them working since I moved to oak cliff area which was in April. Horrible customer service and I don’t even know how to report them to corporate. There’s no number or anything so I’ll just stay away from that store it’s always something wrong there anyway

The night shift tends to lie about the closing time at night. The store close at 10pm. But the staff locks the doors 9pm and take the store hours sign down and tell all the Family Dollar customers the store is closed so they can leave at 10pm on the dot. They turned around at least 7 cars . I'm a regular there being going for years. So I was very ? when they lied to me about the closing time. I will take up with management and higher if needed.

There's one lady in there that makes going to this family dollar an ugly visit. She doesn't greet, nor does she speaks back. She's also a bully- especially towards children. I didn't have to clap on her because I've taught my children how to RESPECTFULLY acknowledge their feelings & issues when speaking with an adult. It's cluttered, the line is always long bc they usually only use one cashier. If there's more than (3) people in a line, you shouldn't make your cs wait (my opinion). Other than this, you find what you need and go

Poor customer service there were 5 employees total. One was on the register and the little old lady was stocking. There were 3 other workers behind the counters looking and having fun while the line was building. One male was believed to be the manager. One girl counted money was one of the registers for about 20 minutes left from behind the counter than returned and did NOTHING. This store deserves no stars.

This is the CLEANEST FAMILY DOLLOR I ever been in, I was so scared to shop because of the cleanliness and someone was stocking the shelves, staff was polite. I give this store on October 7; 2023 @ 3:42pm 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?

I hate this store , I only go there if I have to.. it's a dirty looking store. Manager is hateful they don't appreciate the customers.
Homeless beging for money outside the door of the store. And they don't care. I rarely go here because of who it is.. they need to clean it up and act as if they are least appreciate your service.

They have one price on the shelf, then charge you a higher price at the register and excuse it by claiming the store just changed the price at 5:00pm but the employees haven't updated the prices on the shelfs. I find that hard to believe but even if that was the case, how is that the customer's problem? The store should honor the prices they list on the shelf, not expect the customer to accept that the price on the shelf isn't what the item is actually going to cost them.

Arrived at 9:20pm and it was closed. Had everyone out here going up to the door and thing back to their vehicles. Waited for 10 minutes and still no one opened the door. I guess they don't close at 10pm, it's when the person who's in charge decides to close the store.
