Terrible customer service, its billing department is the WORST. I have been trying since last year to clarify a bill because I used an spending account, they kept sending bills and the first time they told me to don’t worry it’s a mistake, 2 more letter and 2 more call the billing department said that I owe money and “I need to do my maths”. The lady called me upset because yelling at me when I was asking clarifications. An unreal experience. I’ll never put a foot in that place again

I don't recommend especially if you may have an emergency as they always seem to be booked. Was originally scheduled for an appointment in October to discuss lab results, appointment date came and I was told the Doctor couldn't make it and I had to reschedule. Called and no appointments available til January. New appointment day comes, received a call saying I had to reschedule for the same issue. Called to reschedule, no appointments available for months again.

Cada vez que uno tiene una necesidad de ver a su Dr. primario nunca tienen disponible y te refieren a un urgent care. Cuando uno está enfermo va a su doctor primario no a un urgente care.

Después que te entras aquí no te atienden cuando los necesitas. Tienes que sacar cita por si te enfermas y adivinar cuando te vas a enfermar para poder tener una cita con el Dr. Y llegas allí y están las oficinas vacías.

Los doctores son excelente, el servicio no lo es.

Mi mensaje tiene la intención de ser constructivo y la gerencia atienda las necesidades de sus pacientes y no sólo se preocupen por tener citas de físicos llenas y no les importe que el paciente necesite a su doctor primario y pueda ser accesible.

Gerencia necesitan mejorar y dejar espacio para citas walk-in tener alguna oficina o doctor disponible para walk-in.

El orgullo de uno no es solo llenar un calendario y tener el trabajo al día sino, dar un servicio, ser sensibles cuando hay que serlo.

The wait time to see the doctor takes too long and been waiting for medical clearance been a nightmare calling and not getting a return called . Takes a long time to reach someone. The staff is friendly and doctos are nice but the system is horrible patients wait to long to be seen . Also to get a medical clearance also takes too long .

It is quite impressive when a family member is needing medication that they say the earliest appointment they can get you in is in almost 2 months. Well, what a shock she ended up in the hospital a week later. This could have all been avoided if they would have found a way to fit in an elderly lady on a lot of different medication, authorized medication until she could be seen, or fit us in at another location. All of the above was asked for and nothing was given. They are obviously too busy to take care of the number of patients they are currently seeing. I suggest finding another doctor in the area.

Son bien irresponsables con la salud del cliente. Los referidos no los trabajan. La doctora q se supone q te atienda nuca está disponible y te pasan con un asistente. No los recomiendo para nada. Puse una queja en el plan y ni aun así han hecho nada. Es bien decepcionante para mi cómo paciente ver tanta ineptitud.
