Dr. Paul and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Paul is an incredibly talented physician and an overall great person. He is kind, compassionate and will do anything he can to help. He really listens to you, explains options and answers any questions I have. I saw 4 other surgeons before I saw Dr. Paul and all 4 of them said they could not help me. I had 3 wounds that I dealt with for over 6 years and Dr. Paul was able to surgically heal all 3 wounds over the course of a year- he is amazing!!!! His office staff is excellent. Friendly, caring and very responsive if I called and had questions.

I was introduced to Dr. Paul and his staff after my double mastectomy. He's done a few surgeries for me in my efforts to feel 'normal' again after battling cancer. Dr. Paul is an incredibly caring doctor who has worked wonders making me feel the old me again. His bedside manner is par none. He is very OCD, which is exactly what you need when having plastic surgery. I will see him again when it's time for my implants to be changed out and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Paul has done two main surgeries for me over the past few years. Both were very successful and I’m very pleased with the results. I moved to Florida a couple years ago and went back to him recently for my latest and largest procedure. It was the right decision. I trusted him and had prior experience. I didn’t want to try to find a new local surgeon and try to regain that trust with someone else. Dr Paul has good bedside manner who is friendly yet direct. He has a good heart and does good things for others. His staff is excellent. Lisa helped make this process a success. All of his staff at all levels did a great job. I highly recommend.

Dr. Paul did a great job was friendly and helpful. His staff was typically as well however, I've had severe problems getting simple medical records, call backs, scheduling issues. I've been asking for the same thing now for weeks, medical restrictions and a return to work note... I was originally very happy with everything but, the inability to provide these crucial details are things that are causing my life to become extremely difficult. These should be the simple steps...

I recently learned about Dr James because he was the on call surgeon when I developed a severe complication and needed emergency surgery. I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon to perform this procedure. Not only is he fantastic but his staff is phenomenal as well. I felt so genuinely cared for by everyone and the whole experience is one I will always remember. And if I want any future work done he will definitely be my #1 choice!
