We absolutely love the photos that Sarah captured of our family! She came to our home 6 weeks after our baby girl arrived to capture photos of this special time. She made the entire process feel extremely comfortable and relaxed, which is exactly what we needed! She helped us get into good positions without overly posing us or forcing any certain photos or angles. The result was beautiful natural and authentic images of this vulnerable stage. I highly recommend her for your family photography needs!

Working with Sarah is a beautiful experience for so many reasons:
her vibe and energy establish that she is in control but manages to allow everyone to relax. If you have ever felt the pressure of trying to capture a good picture, you know that a good photographer can alleviate that feeling. She makes it look effortless but quietly works in gentile ways to get people to smile or be natural in a way that brings out the best in everyone. We brought together 3 families with a total of 14 people and managed to capture family sessions for 2 families of 5, group photos that made the older generation THRILLED because not only was their family captured beautifully but they felt their Holiday photo was taken care of in the process, and along with those pictures Sarah captured a whole bunch of little moments where the kids were playing, or we were gathered for a toast / the main meal we were celebrating...basically everything. The whole spirit of a meaningful milestone birthday was captured along with intimate family moments for each of our families. She is a master photographer with the ability to do it all- capture group pics and the spontaneous beautiful moments that we all wish we could capture when we see special moments unfolding. She does it all by blending in with the group, keeping everyone comfortable and relaxed and delivering a stunning finished product. Thank you Sarah!

We had such a wonderful experience with Sarah. I've had the pleasure of working with her twice- once for a family photo shoot with my husband's family, and again for newborn photos. Unlike what you might have experienced for other photo shoots, the experience with Sarah is very relaxed and fun. She instantly makes everyone feel comfortable, and manages to capture truly amazing photographs without forcing smiles and poses. We have some stunning photos that have been effortlessly and beautifully composed by Sarah- they look more like artistic life portraits than studio photography and more accurately capture the sentiment, in my opinion. She is so kind and accommodating- it made the whole experience from booking to shooting an absolute breeze. Thanks Sarah!

I really cannot say enough good things about my experience with Photo de Famille. Sarah is professional, courteous, and knows exactly how to get the best shot every time. She takes great care to get the best photos of your family in their "natural environment" - without too much posing, she gets beautiful pictures of your family as they are. She guided us through every step of our shoot and we are so happy with how our pictures turned out. I highly recommend her!

We. had a wonderful time as a family, having Sarah capture images of us. It is so tough as a busy mother to get good photos of the kids at this age, without forced smiles or complaints- Our kids had a great time, Sarah was patient and kind, guiding us all during the day. I myself am not great with spontaneous pictures either, and she helped me relax. It was such a joy getting the images which captured the true spirit of our daughters and bottling this moment in time forever. Thank you Sarah!

I cannot put into words how amazing everything about my experience with Sarah has been. She first took photos of my extended family - ranging from my 94 yo aunt to my 1 month old daughter, with a wild 4yo, a distracted 7yo, an old dog as well as me, the exhausted, stressed out mom. I was so sure that it would be impossible to get good shots, but Sarah came in like a cool breeze and assured me that she’d got it. And I was blown away by the results. Her pictures are flawless yet totally real and raw. She has this inexplicable talent of capturing the essence of so many moments - both perfect and perfectly imperfect. I worked with Sarah next for a nursing video - and again she came through big time. Her artistic angles and thoughtful lighting combined with her calm demeanor made for a keepsake that I will treasure forever. I can’t thank her enough and would highly recommend her.

Sarah was a joy to work with, and our Mother's Day photo shoot images are fantastic! I highly recommend Photo De Famille. Sarah made us relaxed and the shoot was easygoing. Sarah was fantastic. Our photos are beautiful. We have them hanging on our wall and I smile every time I see them. Not only do I love the pictures she took, but the day itself was a wonderful memory.
