James, the owner, of this establishment is one rude person. I made an online appointment, which I paid for, and had to cancel via the automatic text this business sends out. The text asks to "Reply: 2 to cancel your appt." I did press 2.

Today, I called to reschedule and James made sure to say that next time I need to call 24 hours in advance to cancel. I questioned the validity of that and he responded that he doesn't even have to reschedule. I asked for his name and he responded with "I am the owner." I had to ask about three times until he said his name is James. When he thought I was done protesting his rude manner, he asked, "Can we make up now?" with the most condescending tone I have ever been given. I told him I would not be doing business with him.
If I could, I would give James 0 stars. One is too many.

The girl tried really hard to make my boy smile. But, the printed pictures didn't look like they were taken with a professional camera. My phone takes better pictures.

Absolutely amazing and affordable.

We had our son's 6 month old photos here and they turned out amazing. The session was quick, our photographer was extremely professional and knew what to do to make our 6 month old laugh and smile. Her props were spot on and came together really well without thinking much into it and the photos and props came out seamlessly and perfectly. We had a scene with a piano, a boat in a beach scene, a swing, and standard white background. We had to upgrade to obtain all the photos because that was just how good the photos came out and couldn't choose just a few. I would say it is absolutely worth the experience at an affordable price point. Prior to this, we took newborn photos at our house with a celebrity photographer and I have to say with absolute certainty that the photos that came out of Pretty Pixels were 100x better. Will be coming back for the 1 year shoot and more at each milestone.

I am thankful to have such great photos for our baby. Spending on quality photos for your baby is priceless. They will never be that small again and I can say that without a doubt, we loved that they captured this moment in time for our son.

Had an appointment for maternity pictures with my husband on Sunday 12/2/18 and the pictures came out really nice they were ready as fast as the next day. Unfortunately we weren’t able to pick up our pictures until Tuesday night 12/4/18. The employee a young lady, short hair, with glasses, and light skin that gave us our pictures has the best customer service! Overall everyone that works there was very friendly and patient with us. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend their service to others!

Loved loved loved my maternity photos and newborn photos! Maria the photographer was so patient, sweet and creative in getting all the kids together to pose and smile. Everything exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be coming back for holiday pictures❤.

This place has always been amazing. We have went here three times. We usually have angy as our photographer, and she does amazing each and every time. The way she knows how to work with kids is outstanding. The front desk is also very helpful and great customer service. We will continue to come here. Great price for the quality of pictures.
