Our first shoot with Rachel was an engagement session where we had the privilege of getting to know her and her style. All throughout the day, Rachel ensured all of our desired pictures were taken in an efficient and thoughtful manner. She went above and beyond to scout locations at our venue, getting creative to capture the best background and lighting- a true vanguard!

When looking for a wedding photographer, Rachel’s work stood out to us. She has a great eye, excellent aesthetic sense of spaces, and uses light beautifully. From our first conversation with her, it was obvious that she was also very passionate about her work. We hired her and feel so lucky that she was a part of our special day. She got to know us through coffee meet-ups and questionnaires and her attention to detail made us feel very special. Rachel even offered recommendations for vendors we were still looking for and we benefited hugely from her knowledge (including the recommendation of her husband who happens to be a VERY talented videographer -- talk about a dream team!). We opted for a package that included engagement photos and had a great session with her in a few locations that were significant to our relationship. She even let us include our dog in some of them and we’re so happy to have those family photos! At the wedding, Rachel and her team showed up early, were incredibly professional, and were great at getting through our shotlist even when it was difficult to corral our large families! Rachel and her team were always so well positioned that we didn’t really notice her setting up shots, which allowed us to feel comfortable and natural all day and night long. There were also some very thoughtful surprises from Rachel along the way (I won’t specify so as to not spoil the surprise for other couples), which made us feel like a huge priority for her. Rachel is thoughtful, fun to be around, and incredibly talented! We can’t recommend her enough!

We are so glad that we decided to go with Rachel for our wedding weekend! We had previously reached out to several photographers, but none were as pleasant and low stress as Rachel. Not only were her photos absolutely amazing, she was very easy to work with and listened to our input. She did a beautiful job capturing both families' traditions in a Hindu and Christian wedding. She and her team of photographers were unobtrusive during the wedding but managed to capture elements from every important moment. She also took photos of our sangeet the evening before the wedding.

After the wedding, we reached out to Rachel to design wedding albums for our parents and ourselves, and we could not be happier with the beautiful results. They made excellent Christmas gifts for our families!
