As an immigrant without any family. It's hard when I'm sick. I couldnt find a good PCP that's nice and thorough until I made an appointment with Dr Santiago. They made me comfortable. I'm glad I found this clinic. People should understand that patients need time and there are wait times in the clinic. It saddens me when people who doesn't work in healthcare that waiting is part of life. Would definitely recommend this doctor to my fellow immigrants who are scared of American Healthcare.

The son - nurse practitioner is great and very patient with you. But the father is pretty terrible, they called me back after getting lab results just to tell me there was nothing wrong with them and give a 1 hour sermon about cholesterol rates, eating salmon, and getting cramps on ladybird lake.
Either way you need to wait an hour to see anyone, even if you get the earliest available appointment. I would recommend staying away from this place

My son loves Dr Santiago. He is a very good doctor and person. He takes the time to assit you no matter what it takes and make sure you are comfortable. Been visiting for more than 2 years and become our primary doctor. He is humble, intelligent, and a great human being. He works from the heart. I recommend him 100%. I am happy I found a honest doctor that makes sure you feel good and ensure you had the best time. Doctors like this do not exist.

Dr. Santiago is very caring and always greets you with a big smile. Keep in mind that his office is very busy and he’s the only doctor there, so you may not get seen at the scheduled time. However, I think the time you end up waiting to see a good doctor that listens to your health concerns, explains everything in detail and answers all your questions is very much worth it. His staff is very friendly and caring as well.

I have gone to Dr.Santiago for many more than 5 years. He is always ready to listen and address whatever concern I have. He always want to be sure that I understand what I have and how to take care of myself after my visit. He is always available and accept patients even if you don’t have an appointment. He is always very professional and respectful. I highly recommend Dr.Santiago to anyone and specially the Spanish speaking community.

Dr Santiago is a very good Doctor. I just think his office is in need of additional help. He is the only Doctor there. Even when u schedule an appointment, you will be waiting an addition 30-40 minutes enter the back.

I go in for simple checkups, an in and out in less than 30 minutes situation. And, almost everytime I spend almost 2 hours there.

Recently, I went in for a 2:30 APPOINTMENT...got sent back around 3:10, and got out at 4pm...what the heck kind of "appointment" is that?!

He is a great doctor, and explains everything simply to you. But in today's day and age, when we have limited time on our hands, I cannot afford to spend half of my day in a doctors office for a routine SCHEDULED appointment.

Maybe if I was a walk-in I would expect it, but he just has too much on his plate.

As a mother, I highly recommend Dr. Santiago. He is a very nice and respectful Doctor. His staff is so nice and polite. I been taking my kids since they were born and he cares about patients as family.
