Worst time management. They will get the order with smiling face and if you ask at the time of delivery you would see their real rude faces. Worst ever service... There are lots of other shops in Chennai where they are offering the same gifts with minimal price.

Very poor service.. these guys confirmed that the product is ready and asked me to come and collect t yesterday. I couldn't make t yesterday so went today to collect t. I called them at 11 for collecting the same they asked me to.come around 2. So did I. They made me wait for 1.30 hours and returned empty handed asking me to wait for another 20 mins. After 2 hours of wait they asked to come to another place to collect t. Did so.. guys the worst product ever I can see. I paid 2400 for t s no even wort for a penny. Very bad product received. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS SHOP. HUMBLE REQUEST. And now when I call them to asking to take the product back and refund they are not even answering my call.. PLEASE DONT GO.. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. . Requesting google to remove all the stars..

Worst service ever experienced. Shop incharge person asking customer to remind for product delivery, not flexible, not customer oriented and seriously she don't have common knowledge how to handle a customer.

Kevalama customer service.. Namba onu keta avanga oru product tharanga.. Really really really waste.. Wate of money and waste if time... Dont order or purchase there... Kevalama iruku unaga service... Nengalam ethuku shop vachi irukinga.. Close panitu vera business panunga... Worst service ever.. They delay to deliver my product after 2 day.. I already told I need on that specified date.. They gave the product after a day of function over..

Worst service ever Experienced, the shop incharge lady doesn’t have any common sense.. she gave a defective product and she argued that the product is like that.. she doesn’t deserve any respect ... and they refused to give owner number...
