Wir waren zwei Tage in San Antonio und sind dann in diesem Hotel abgestiegen. Modernes, sauberes Hotel mit einem Pool in der Mitte, schön zentral gelegen, man kommt von dort überall hin. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer groß und sauber. Und hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Schön angelegter Pool (Courtyard)Zimmer war groß und sauber. Frühstück gut mit Rührei und Würstchen. Cornflakes und Waffeleisen. Der Fitnessraum war recht klein. Geräte eher alt und die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Sehr nettes Personal.

The night desk clerk Manish was very welcoming, friendly, and efficient. We were given a simple but adequately appointed room with two double beds. Everything was clean. The air conditioner worked very well and was easy to operate. I liked the fact that all the rooms faced inward providing security and overlooking a well-maintained pool, hot tub, and lounge area that was nicely landscaped. The only ways to improve are that there was one light out; the shampoo, body wash, and conditioner conveniently mounted in the shower were almost empty (glad I brought my own!); and the plugs in the lamps for charging were all too large to allow for a good connection with phone chargers. I would otherwise highly recommend this hotel for a no-nonsense, comfortable, conveniently located, and economical option.

Noisy room and a/c unit, Breakfast was provided, but there are some issues with the waffle maker - not to be critical - The attendant at the desk also was taking care of food service... Beds were a bit hard, and a mattress dip was felt on one side. Be aware that the parking lot is painted with fire lane on both sides of the lot ( ha ha.) Check in had no issues, and check out was seamless. Bathroom had not been adequately cleaned. Management informed via their feedback link.

Good service, large size rooms, however the restroom wasn't very clean and had a weird smell. The wall had some obvious filled/fixed holes. Overall 4.0/5.0! Good motel for it's price.

I hate to leave bad reviews and I rarely do it, but I had a really bad experience this month. If you're booking for yourself, I cannot attest to anything, but I will say that this is NOT a good choice for business accommodations. My job involves occasionally booking hotels for my employees when they have to work far away from their home office, so I didn't stay here personally, this is a review of my experience from that standpoint.

For a very short stay, the whole thing was inconvenient and embarrassing.

Out employee's truck was broken into in the parking lot (they mentioned it was not very well lit and easy to do, so be aware of that) and personal items were stolen from him. I have never had this happen when having to put an employee in a hotel.

I had to call and request a credit card authorization form several times, and then when I finally got it, I had to return it to a gmail account instead of an official Best Western email, which is not what I'm used to and made me pretty uncomfortable. I actually called the main line to confirm this was okay, and they said that some hotels just choose to do it that way. When my employee arrived after business hours, whoever was at the desk couldn't locate the form (at this point I had sent it in the morning and already received a response confirming it was received) and he had to call me after hours to sort it out with the front desk. We're lucky I was even available to answer.

Last thing, I almost hesitate to mention this because I cannot be 100% sure, but immediately after sending that confirmation, my card became compromised. It was the only such authorization I had sent out in at least a few weeks, and the charges started almost immediately upon the hotel running the card.

I wouldn't go so far as to blame anyone who worked there for directly taking my card information, especially because for the low value of the purchases made the risk vs reward is pretty low, but I do wonder if it was printed out and lost or disposed of incorrectly at some point. The monetary value of the purchases was negligible, but I do have to replace my card now which has placed a strain on business operations, as you can imagine, and will have to do a lot of back end administrative work to fix direct deposits etc.

Clean rooms. Overall good service. Breakfast was hot but sparse by 1 hour prior to close. Staff seemed overwhelmed during breakfast rush and was abrupt. Overall enjoyed the stay and would come again.
