I ended up coming to this clinic because my old primary care took months to schedule me. I called the office since they take walk ins and the lady on the phone was incredibly helpful in terms of explaining what steps I needed to take to change my provider. They gave me a quick appointment for my physical and while I had to wait a bit before getting in I am very happy with the care Dr. Lavi provided. He took the time to get to know me and was so different from the previous doctors I’ve been with who take 5 minutes to talk to you and rush you the whole time.

The staff was the absolute worst the ladies at the front desk had such an attitude and were no help whatsoever for me checking in. I was extremely upset after already having so many issues on the phone with the staff. Very very bad and girl with glasses should be fired.

Had a really good experience here. Was able to get a same-day appointment as a first time patient when other doctors have had month long wait times in the past. Went in for a podiatry referral for my bunions and plantar fasciitis and got it cleared no problem. I even got set up with bloodwork and a physical at their recommendation, and got a little referral to update my tetanus shot.

The staff were all very nice here and I received a very thorough examination on physical and mental health and was given a number to find a psychologist that works with my insurance. I felt really well taken care of here and like the staff truly cared.

He and his staff really listened my specific needs and desired result, and took the time to answer all my questions. Malicious staff that the Dr. does not know about. Your staff is evil, rude, and condescending and not helpful. made me wait a week just to see a Dr that could give me a referral. The referral I got was to a Dr. 25 miles from my house to get pain medication and 15 miles away to see a surgeon. So now I need to wait another day for you to look for a closer Dr. They did this to me before with another referral for my eyes. Your staff needs to be FIRED starting with you male nurse then the two who sit at the front desk as well as the person who takes care of referrals. This place is trash nothing but pain and suffering.

I took my mom who was just moved from Mexico to the clinic for a check-up and expected it to be very costly. But they offered me a wide range of affordable services. The front office staff was very helpful and explained all the insurance options they accept and how to apply for them. The staff was very friendly and helpful and while there was a bit of a wait since the clinic seems very small I was very happy with the care Dr.Lavi provided and will come here again.
