After having previous wrong experience at the other branches, this place performed impressively. Dr Lamp was so helpful and kind. I was anxious when I walked in but left with a smile and a dance. The nurses were polite and helpful. Service was quick. Total time spent was less than an hour an half. Could have been an hour but I had to wait for extra paperwork I requested for. Glad I didn’t switch hospitals.

I’ve been going here my whole pregnancy and the Doctor is great, the staff is friendly, and I’ve never paid for parking or waited over 15 minutes I’m usually in and out ❤️

Me and my Family have been apart of this clinic for over 9 years And the only reason we are still a part of this
Clinic is because of Dr. Do and Miss Conza .. and and a few other news, that Hispanic lady I can’t remember her name right now.. they are absolutely lovely but Victoria on the other hand needs to be fired ASAP. I feel like she is in the wrong field at the wrong time she is in essential worker, but she always has an attitude doesn’t have time to book appointments for my children always tells me go to the emergency room very unprofessional. I access clinic if they have space for my three children if not, just let me know because every time there’s an issue my my Kids School was trying to contact him for over a month for my daughters inhaler and her EpiPen. They tried to blame the school. The school showed me the proof of the fax. I knew it was the clinic because it’s been like this ever since Dr. lurvy left.. I’m so fed up all I’m trying to do is book a phone appointment so Dr. Dok and give me advice like she’s always done now they tell me she won’t be in for a whole week and to basically take my kids to the emergency room for a question. This is too much.

My main OB-GYN is Susan Bogart and she’s just wonderful! My appointments with her have only been positive and educational. Daisy is very helpful and such a nice person to talk to. The only unpleasant thing I can say about the place is that sometimes the wait time for the scheduled appointments is long but once you start your group appointments (for pregnant women in the third trimester) there is no wait time.
Nurses and stuff are nice and polite.

The most unprofessional unattentive medical office I've ever visited. No one and I repeat no one there does their job. My girlfriend has been going there for the whole duration of our pregnancy and these people never have anything done. we've had many ultrasounds taken and did not get pictures because they didn't have paper. We have to pay for parking every time we visit and it's an hour and a half wait just to be seen plus the time for the visit. Covid-19 is no excuse to why they cannot do their job properly. This office needs to be closed immediately. I am currently at the hospital now with my girlfriend waiting to have our son and we have to wait for the office to open up because they did not fax none of the paperwork please explain to me how you messed that up when it's your job?

I really do not like this doctors office. It takes forever to get appointments. They are not willing to accommodate and something as simple as a form takes 7-10 days to fill

I do not recommend any pregnant woman with prior illnesses to come to this office the leading doctor and her midwife are the worst I've ever seen!! I am currently a patient here because of my insurance this is where I have to go. I am having and have always had high risk pregnancy. I am pregnant with my third child. I asked the doctor and her midwife if I can be taking off work because of health issues and my current job is hard labor. The two ladies basically interrogated me to plead my case knowing my history of medical concerns. On why they should take me off the midwife said something about the state disability being 36 weeks and I explained to her that I'm not after state disability and In fact my job doesn't give it to me I have a private insurance seemed like she got an attitude and said that the doctor wouldn't approve it. I asked her if I could ask the doctor herself. When she walked out I overheard her bad mouthing my situation to the doctor. When the doctor finally came in she had something negative to say about my health concerns saying what I " should" be able to do. I explained to her that her knowledge of my job description was all wrong. To end a long story the ladies agreed that my conditions are serious and gave me a two week appointment to see if anything changed. Smh my next move is trying to find another doctor
